Pressure wash guide
A quick primer on tips, technique and — most importantly — staying safe and making sure our accessories fit the washer you already own.
High-pressure safety first
A pressure washer can inject water and debris through skin and cause serious injury. Treat every nozzle as if it can hurt you — because it can.
- Never aim the spray at people, pets or yourself.
- Never point at electrical outlets, fixtures or wiring.
- Always wear sealed eye protection and gloves.
- Keep firm footing — the wand kicks back when triggered.
- Keep the spray clear of overhead power lines when using extensions.
- Engage the trigger lock and depressurize before changing tips.
Compatibility self-check
We sell accessories only — not machines, pumps or pressurized tanks. Run this three-point check before you order:
- 1
Connection type
Most of our parts use a universal 1/4" quick-connect. Check your lance — if it uses M22 threads, add the Quick-Connect Adapter Kit.
- 2
Pressure rating (PSI)
Confirm your machine's max PSI is at or below the rating listed on each product. Matching ratings keeps fittings safe and leak-free.
- 3
Flow rate (GPM)
Surface cleaners and turbo nozzles perform best within the GPM range of typical consumer washers. When in doubt, ask us first.
Still unsure? Contact us with your machine's make and model and we'll confirm fitment.
Know your nozzle tips
Color tells you the spray angle. Start wide and gentle, then step down only if you need more bite.
