Returns policy

14-day returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unopened, unused and in their original, sealed packaging.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Biodegradable Cleaning Soap and any liquid consumables (if the seal is broken).
• Safety goggles and gloves that have been worn or removed from sealed packaging.
• Items showing signs of installation, use or damage caused after delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email support@ijplumbsvc.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the items back in their original packaging within 7 days of authorization.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in which case we cover the return cost and send a prepaid label. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for items we don't receive.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund as described in our Refund Policy.
