Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your accessories. This policy explains when refunds are issued and how long they take. It works together with our Returns Policy.

Eligibility for a refund

• Items returned unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Items that arrived damaged, defective or were sent in error.
• Orders cancelled before they have been dispatched.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). We do not issue cash refunds, and we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.

Processing time

Once we receive and inspect a return, we aim to approve or decline it within 3 business days. Approved refunds are submitted immediately; depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may apply if a returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or is returned outside the stated window for reasons not caused by us.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item). Return shipping costs follow our Returns Policy.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@ijplumbsvc.shop. We'll work with you to resolve it quickly — most issues are faster to fix directly than through a chargeback.
