These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ijplumbsvc.shop and any purchase you make from I & J PLUMBING SERVICES LLC ("Ijplumbsvc"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

What we sell

We sell pressure-washer accessories only — nozzles, surface cleaners, wands, hoses, storage, biodegradable soap and safety gear. We do not sell electric or gas pressure-washer machines, water pumps or pressurized tanks. Product descriptions and ratings are provided to help you confirm compatibility before buying.

Safe use & assumption of risk

High-pressure equipment can cause serious injury or property damage. You are responsible for reading and following all safety guidance, wearing appropriate protective equipment, and confirming that an accessory is compatible with your machine's pressure rating and connection before use. Never aim spray at people, pets, electrical fixtures or yourself.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
• We may refuse or cancel an order suspected of fraud or pricing error, and will refund any amount charged.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). By paying, you agree to their terms. The billing descriptor on your statement will read "IJPLUMBSVC STORE". We do not store full card details.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns and Refund policies, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to I & J PLUMBING SERVICES LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ijplumbsvc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
