Processing time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Most in-stock orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: a flat $8 within standard delivery zones.
• Free shipping: automatically applied on orders of $60 or more (before taxes).
• Rates are shown in USD at checkout before you pay.

Delivery windows

Typical delivery is 3–8 business days within the contiguous United States after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, generally 7–21 business days. These windows are estimates, not guarantees.

International orders, duties & taxes

We ship worldwide. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at support@ijplumbsvc.shopand we'll investigate.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
